Overview
JUNO is an innovative event tech software company in the SaaS startup space. Born out of the pandemic, JUNO emerged to help associations pivot to digital events and meetings. With a vision to connect people seamlessly in the digital world, JUNO needed a website redesign to reflect its growing brand and ambitious goals.
The project faced a tight timeline—common in fast-paced startups—and required maintaining site uptime to avoid disruptions in potential sales. Additionally, the website needed an updated, polished look to support JUNO’s pitch for Series B funding.

Process and Approach
Research & Discovery
We began by meeting with the CEO to understand his vision for the website. Our team conducted competitor research, analyzing both direct competitors and other startups to identify best practices. Having worked on JUNO’s brand for over two years, we had a deep understanding of the target audience and brand positioning, minimizing the need for extensive research.
Design Choices
We focused on JUNO’s mission of fostering human connection through technology. This inspired us to select imagery that depicted people using technology in relatable, accessible ways.
Photography: A duotone effect blurred differences in stock photography, unifying the visuals with bright brand colors.
Color Palette: Each section of the site featured distinct brand colors, creating visual separation while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic.
User Experience: We prioritized readability and contrast, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience across devices.
Collaboration & Execution
Content Strategy: We collaborated with Enleaf, a Spokane-based SEO content agency, to develop keyword-rich content for the site.
Wireframes and Mockups: The initial wireframes were designed in Figma, refining them into high-fidelity mockups with input from the marketing team.
Development: The website was being transitioned the website Squarespace to Webflow. This transition allowed us to enable a fully customizable site. To help with this we partnered with a recommended Webflow developer to do a lot of the heavy lifing on the dev side. I was in charge of managing all communication and ensuring deadlines were met.
