Email Campaigns

01 — Gather Voices

ASAE Annual Pre-Event Email

A short, personalized email send thats timed to land a few days before the start of the conference. One direct ask: stop by the booth for a free Proof Gap Score before the show floor opens.

Pre-event sends like this matter because attention is scarcest right before a show & inboxes are full of last-minute logistics and other exhibitors making the same pitch. Naming the person, giving one clear reason to show up, and asking for a specific action (not just “come say hi”) is hopefully what will get opened and acted on instead of skimmed past.

02 — Gather Voices

Weekly Newsletter: Proof vs. Promise

The weekly send, built as a repeatable structure: a point of view up top, a customer story with numbers attached, a short video feature from the 50 Over 50 series, and two industry reads.

Every block carries its own kicker, rule and single link, so a reader can take one section and skip the rest.

03 — Move This World

April Partner Newsletter

A monthly product and community email organized into distinct blocks: a platform enhancement announcement, a set of spring break activities, a wellness-awareness callout for educators, and a staff appreciation note, each with its own heading and a single clear next step.

Structure like this matters because Move This World's audience is split across roles, admins, teachers, counselors, who each care about a different piece of the update. Breaking the email into named sections lets each reader find their part fast, instead of wading through content meant for someone else's job.

Proof vs. Promise

A thought-leadership post making the case that member proof, not organizational promises, is what earns trust with prospects and attendees now. It's built around one clear argument rather than a product pitch, with a soft CTA to visit the booth at ASAE Annual.

Posts like this matter because a feed full of vendor claims trains people to scroll past anything that sounds like a pitch. Leading with a point of view instead of a product gets read by people who'd otherwise skip a sales post entirely, and it's what earns the credibility that makes the pitch land later.

ACRP Case Study

A results-driven post walking through how one client turned an underused resource, their own speakers' networks, into a measurable lift in event registrations, with the numbers (100+ videos, 59,479 views, 12% increase) doing most of the persuading.

Case study posts like this matter because specific numbers are what separate a real result from a marketing claim. Naming the client, the problem, and the exact outcome gives a skeptical reader something concrete to evaluate, not just an assertion that the product works.

Blurred Background Feature

A product feature post explaining a specific pain point (a great video submission ruined by a messy background) and the one-click fix for it. Written as a relatable scenario first, with the feature explained only after the problem is established.

Posts like this matter because a feature nobody asked for is easy to scroll past. Starting with something a viewer has actually run into, then showing the fix, makes a small product update feel useful instead of like a changelog entry.
